– set gentle reminders at consistent increments throughout your day

3. Begin
Right now
As you are

If your mind wanders,
It’s ok
Take a deep breath
Imagine your mind on a string
And gently pull it into the present moment

4. Feel
Feel yourself feeling
All of you
All of everything
